Pneumatic Scrap Chopper to cut the band schelet aftre the Press operation for band from 0,5 to 5 mm thickness

Our Scrap-Chopper TSL has a bottom fixed knive and an up/down movable knive inclinated 3° as guillotine pressed by 2 Pneumatic Cylinders and a special Pneumatic Valve that take pressure from an accumulator placed in the nearless in order to have a fast operation (Scrap Chopper has very limitate time to cut the band)

Normally placed at the exit of the Press in adjustable support angle to follow the different Pass-Line, in order to Optimize the Air Consumption normally expensive, Our TSL make a cut after the programmed nr of the press operation, of course it depens on the  programmed feed length and in wich lenght the Customer want to cut the remaining Schelet remaining

The TSL Scrap Chopper normally cut section of 50% of the band, when necessary to vut all the band section it is better to use our Hydraulic version HSC 

the Tsl Scrap Chopper it is also usablw for small Cut to Length Coil line when thickness it is not more than 2 mm thickness
for bigger thickner is is better to use the hydraulic version HSC
